Join Bettie for a New Years fitness challenge over in the Instagram.
⭐️I encourage you to develop personal goals for this challenge (goal sheet for you to use below). Maybe you commit to 10 body weight squats per day. Maybe you commit to squatting a weight PR. Maybe you try to lengthen the amount of time you can hold a wall squat.
